Which email plan should I choose?

MailLaunch includes 10 accounts, 1 domain and 50 GB. MailConnect includes 50 accounts, 5 domains and 100 GB. MailScale includes 100 accounts, 10 domains and 150 GB. Compare these limits with your current and planned use.

Is the storage per account or per package?

The listed 50 GB, 100 GB and 150 GB allocations are total email storage for each package. They are not separate allowances for every mailbox.

What does no mailbox size limit mean?

There is no separate individual mailbox size limit, but usage must fit within the total storage allocation of your package.

Can I use Outlook or another email application?

The plans support POP3, IMAP and SMTP, allowing configuration of compatible email applications. Use the connection settings supplied for your account.

Can I access email through my browser?

Yes. Web-based email is included in all three packages.

Are backups and spam filtering included?

All three plans include advanced spam filtering and daily offsite backups. Backup retention and recovery procedures should be confirmed during setup.

Is a domain name included?

An email-domain allowance is the number of domains your package can use. It is not a free domain registration.

Do these plans include a dedicated IP?

A dedicated IP is not listed among the included features of these three packages. It should not be assumed to be included.

Are these prices final?

No. The displayed prices are illustrative package prices for design review. Final billing and renewal terms need approval.
